We recently implemented a unique recycling system at Morrillo .....we collect and seperate plastic containers, glass and metal products and also process our own waste for our Morrillo Pacific Heights community. This saves our owners trips to Mariato to deliver their individual recycling as we have made an arrangement with the Mariato recycle centre to collect this accumulated material every quarter for which we as a community pay the centre (which is non profit) and this assists with their operating costs....at the same time a young man makes a few $$$ doing the collection and delivery .....a classic win win
